Jennifer joined Karbank Real Estate Company in the Spring of 2011 as the company's Director of Marketing. She spent seven years prior selling and leasing real estate in New York City with The Corcoran Group, Rockrose Development and TF Cornerstone.

At Karbank, she contributes her expertise on market trends, project management, development, construction management, marketing, media, design and branding.

Jennifer began curating musical performances, private, and not-for-profit events while developing The Barney Building and 1900 Building in 2013.  The construction site settings for classical music and black tie galas were unconventional, but well-received.  The events grew in attendance and popularity which led to the establishment of the 1900 Building performance and event venues, and later, The Restaurant at 1900.

A graduate of the University of Kansas, Jennifer also studied at Richmond College in London, England.  She moved to the East Coast in early 2001 and prior to her career in real estate development and special events, Jennifer worked in television production for the NBC Olympics, Discovery Channel, ESPN and Bravo.
