John joined Karbank in 2014 as an Industrial Broker, licensed in both Kansas and Missouri.  A graduate of the University of Kansas, John has worked in Industrial Real Estate for 10 years, specializing in the sale and lease of industrial properties, as well as tenant representation throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.  

Representing both local and national clients, John consistently and aptly provides in-depth analysis, negotiating expertise, and creative solutions for all real estate needs.

Since 2004, John has leased/sold more than 5 million square feet of real estate, with a total transaction volume exceeding 60 million dollars.
